No scanning option!

Too labor intensive. Had to keep writing down the attendees' #'s because it takes too long too much time to look at multiple badges, and input their #. Save your money.

Crashes

iPad w/iOS 6.0. Closes after entering event code, can't set it up for the show. It seems to set up correctly on iPhone though.

Great Solution

The last review was crazy. I just used the demo on my iPhone and iPad, and it works as expected with and without wifi/3G service. This will be way better than the crappy direct lead retrieval systems we've used in frustration in the past. Let's hope this works just as well as the demo at our upcoming tradeshow!

NO card scanning feature

Having to type in a long string of numbers off of a customer badge is a bit less intuitive than just scanning or zapping a card the old way. Here let me see your card, open my phone app, tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap… ok I think I got it.. oh it crashed. Got a business card? I would give these guys 5 stars to add a QR scanner / reader or additional scanning capabilities. THEY ARE PROMOTING LIES: "Whats new in version 1.3.1 1. Badge SCANNING capability. Now you can SCAN or the badge or type the ID.

Easy to Use, Affordable, Great Notes and Qualifier Features

Great App! Since we already had iPads setup for our booth, we ordered the lead retrieval app on the order form. It was the most affordable option available, and turns out the easiest to use. The old scanners were always tough to use. All of our leads had notes on them because it was so easy to do. This made our follow up so much quicker. And all of these leads were available right away online.

I organize a small conference in NY and we have never been able to offer lead retrieval because of costs. There were zero costs to have iLeads at our show. Our exhibitors loved being able to use their own smartphones to capture leads and the exhibitors that didn't have smartphones, were able to rent ipod touches onsite. We had no experience with lead retrieval at our show and Bartizan's customer service helped us every step of the way. Thank you!

The UI is ridiculously not easy to use. WAAAAAAY to complicated.

Very intuitive Application

I tried the demo, it's one of the best applications I've ever used.
